Municipal Corporation personnel to change the Common Property invoice to Individual

Our Managing Committee (MC) of Kalpataru Towers Co-op. HSG. Soc. Ltd, (Address: Off Akruli Road, Kandivali East, Mumbai 400101. State Maharashtra, code: 27) has paid bride of Rs. 4,50,000/- to Municipal Corporation personnel to change the Common Property invoice to Individual property tax invoice.
The Managing Committee discussed this matter in the sixth annual general body meeting of the members of the Kalpataru Towers Co-op. HSG. Soc. Ltd held on Sunday, 23rd September 2018. They stop the video recording of the meeting to discuss the Municipal Corporation demand and way to pay bribe. The resident were informed by the Managing Committee that they will levy onetime liasoning fees amounting to Rs. 1000/- + GST per flat. The MC will officially pay Sanjay Trading Corporation (a liasoning agency – 301/3, Pagrav bldg., S.V. Road, Goregoan West, Contact 022-23451430/9820001430 email id: c.mehta3@yahoo.com) in form of providing service of ensuring that all the formalities as well as submission of all requisite documents to BMC were complete within specified period and maintain communication with BMC for smooth processing of the Society’s application to finality. The Sanjay Trading Corporation will withdraw cash and will pay to Municipal Corporation personnel to complete the transaction.
Sanjay Corp raised invoice of Rs. 150000/-; 100,000/- and 200,000/- dated 4 October 2018; 19 Nov 2018 and 4 March 2019.
As a good citizen I would like to inform/complaint that this criminal crime is executed by the managing committee of Kalpataru Towers Co-op. HSG. Soc. Ltd, Sanjay Trading Corporation and the Area Municipal Corporation personnel. I am sure you can find out more details via your investigation.
